6. Encourage the establishment of BUMN / BUMD for Asahan river management
7. Improvement of human resources, research and development of clean energy, efficient, renewable and environmentally friendly
8. Proposed to the central government that issued location permitt, for hydroelectric construction requires that the real potential of the area can be oftimally developed.
